Needed to complete installation:
***IMPORTANT: YOU MUST RE-BALANCE THE TIRES AFTER INSTALLATION, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TIRES, WHEELS, AS WELL AS CAR PARTS AND COMPONENTS.
1) High quality rubberized CA glue. We recommend Bob Smith Industries BSI-118 IC-2000 Rubber Toughened CA Glue.
2) Drill and 1/4" drill bit.
3) Deburring files to smooth the 1/4" hole.
4) Acetone to clean the rubber valves and wheel before installation.
Clean rubber valves with acetone and set aside to dry. Drill 1/4" hole in the wheel. Deburr and smooth wheel surface using deburring files. Clean deburred hole and surrounding area with acetone, allow to completely dry. Apply rubberized CA glue to the area in and around the 1/4" hole. Apply rubberized CA glue to the collar of the rubber valve. Carefully slide the rubber valve up and thru the hole from the inner radius of the wheel and hold mild pressure until the glue sets. Allow the glue to set undisturbed to 24hrs. Apply additional rubberized ca glue to fill any gaps around the valve collar and allow the glue to set for an additional 24hrs. Mount the tire to the wheel using enough glue to make an airtight seal. Allow the glue to set undisturbed for 24hrs. Re-balance tires before use.
