Warranty

This warranty applies to the original owner only. Purchase receipt or invoice must be included with all warranty inquiries. Our product lines are warrantied against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover cosmetic defects or damage caused by installation or damage caused by use.

 

 

 

 

 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipments are made using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS or USPS Overnight. Tracking numbers are provided and are automatically shipped to the email address that's associated with the PayPal account that was used to make the purchase.

 

Ottsix is not responsible for lost parcels.

 

Ottsix is not responsible for damaged parcels.

All domestic parcels are automatically insured for $50 (US). If you'd like additional insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

 

International Shipping

International shipments are made using USPS Priority Mail.  Once the parcel leaves the United States, there is no longer a functional tracking number.

 

Ottsix is not responsible for parcels that have been detained by your customs office. You may need to pay an import tax or tariff before they release your parcel. Please contact your customs office for more information.​
